This role is a remote, contractor-based position where you will utilize your expertise to facilitate realistic one-on-one career coaching conversations. Your primary responsibility is to provide practical guidance on career planning, job searches, interview preparation, and navigating career transitions. You will support professional development and help individuals address workplace challenges using active listening, effective questioning, and strong communication skills, while adapting your coaching style to various professional backgrounds and career goals.
