Kualifikasi

• School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree Healthcare (preferred)
• Education & Certification:
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication with clear articulation to guide panicked callers effectively
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CAD software, multi-line phone systems, radio equipment, and digital mapping/GIS tools

• Receive Emergency Calls: Promptly answer incoming emergency lines with a calm, reassuring tone
• Information Gathering: Extract critical details quickly, including exact location, caller contact, chief medical complaint, patient age, and state of consciousness
• Medical Triage: Categorize and prioritize incidents based on severity levels (e.g., using protocols like AMPDS - Advanced Medical Priority Dispatch System ) to determine response urgency
• Unit Deployment: Assign and dispatch the closest available ambulance units, paramedics, or first-responder teams using Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems
• Hospital Notification: Contact receiving Emergency Departments (ED/ICU) to provide incoming patient status reports and ensure bed/equipment readiness
• Fleet Tracking & Support: Monitor the real-time position of EMS vehicles via GPS and assist drivers with navigation or route obstacles
• Record Keeping: Log precise timestamps (call received, unit dispatched, arrival on scene, arrival at hospital) and clinical notes into the CAD/CRM system
• Incident Reporting: Prepare shift reports, incident logs, and document any operational issues or handover details accurately
