Buyer Skincare + Personal Care + Beauty Tools

Job Responsibilities​ 1. Manage product sourcing, assortment selection, and new product development for the Skincare, Personal Care, and Beauty Tools categories to achieve sales, gross margin, and assortment objectives. ​ 2. Develop buying plans and assortment strategies based on market trends, consumer insights, and brand positioning. ​ 3. Identify and develop qualified suppliers and brand partners, and manage supplier relationships and commercial negotiations. ​ 4. Oversee the end-to-end product development process, including sampling, pricing, packaging, and product launch. ​ 5. Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to continuously optimize the product assortment. ​ 6. Work closely with merchandising, design, quality assurance, supply chain, and retail operations teams to ensure successful product launches and category growth. ​ 7. Monitor sales performance and inventory levels, adjusting buying plans to optimize inventory turnover. ​ 8. Categories include but are not limited to: ​ ◦ Skincare : Facial skincare and body care products. ​ ◦ Personal Care : Hair care, oral care, and personal hygiene products. ​ ◦ Beauty Tools : Makeup tools, skincare tools, and beauty devices. ​ Requirements​ 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, Cosmetics, or a related field. ​ 2. At least 3 years of experience in buying, sourcing, merchandising, or product development within the skincare, personal care, beauty tools, or retail industry. ​ 3. Strong understanding of skincare, personal care, and beauty tools trends, brands, and consumer preferences in both local and international markets. ​ 4. Strong product sourcing, supplier management, and negotiation skills. ​ 5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize product assortment based on sales performance. ​ 6. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. ​ 7. Good command of English for daily communication with international teams and suppliers. Mandarin proficiency is a plus but not required. ​ 8. Strong aesthetic sense, market awareness, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.​
