Present and explain the company’s services, partnership system, and business opportunities to property owners. Conduct meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups with prospective partners. Manage partnership agreements and contract administration.
Explain partnership terms and conditions professionally and clearly. Build and maintain good relationships with property owners and partners. Conduct property surveys and evaluate potential properties.
Coordinate with operational teams regarding property onboarding processes. Prepare regular reports on acquisition and partnership progress.
Kualifikasi
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident in conducting presentations and meetings with clients/property owners.
- Target-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Property, or Hospitality industry is preferred.
- Familiar with Bali areas and property market is a plus.
