We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development professional to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in chemistry who are passionate about building business relationships and developing new markets within the chemical industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting chemical products. The role requires a proactive approach, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve growth targets.
Tanggung jawab: Develop new markets and customers in the chemical industry; Identify new business opportunities; Build and maintain relationships with customers; Conduct customer visits.
Kualifikasi: Bachelors degree (S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field; Strong educational/background knowledge in Chemistry; Minimum 1 year of working experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related role; Experience in the chemical industry or chemical raw material distribution is highly preferred; Good understanding of chemical products and their applications is a plus; Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers; Proactive, target-oriented, and strong in identifying new business opportunities; Good analytical and problem-solving skills; Able to work independently as well as part of a team; Willing to conduct customer visits when required; Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
