PT Rental Teknologi Indonesia (RenYuk) adalah perusahaan manajemen properti berbasis teknologi yang membantu para pemilik properti mengelola, memasarkan, dan menyewakan properti mereka secara lebih efektif. Seiring pertumbuhan perusahaan, kami mencari Business Risk & Improvement Analyst yang memiliki kemampuan analitis tinggi untuk memeriksa bisnis dari berbagai sudut pandang yang sering terlewatkan. Peran ini bukan sekadar posisi pelaporan biasa. Anda akan membantu perusahaan mengungkap risiko tersembunyi, kelemahan proses, asumsi yang terlalu optimis, potensi kerugian finansial, inefisiensi, serta peluang yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pertumbuhan bisnis. Anda bertugas menganalisis performa bisnis, operasional, keuangan, dan unit economics, melakukan uji stres terhadap kebijakan serta SOP, mengembangkan model keuangan secara mandiri, dan mempresentasikan temuan langsung kepada manajemen dan Founder.
Tanggung jawab: Analyze business, operational, financial, pricing, and unit economics performance; Identify business and operational risks before they develop into larger issues; Detect anomalies, inconsistencies, and hidden patterns within company data; Conduct stress tests on strategies, policies, SOPs, and business models; Challenge assumptions used in management decision-making; Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis; Quantify potential financial exposure and business impact; Analyze revenue, margins, cash flow, occupancy, acquisition costs, retention, and operational efficiency; Identify potential cost leakage, inefficiencies, fraud risks, and internal control weaknesses; Compare actual performance against targets and underlying assumptions; Develop data-driven recommendations for business improvement; Present findings directly to management and the Founder; Provide an independent analytical perspective when the evidence supports a different conclusion.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor's degree; Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of professional experience are welcome to apply; Industrial Engineering; Statistics; Mathematics; Actuarial Science; Accounting; Management; Data Science; Information Systems; Computer Science; or another quantitative discipline; Exceptionally strong numerical and analytical reasoning capabilities; Probability; Expected Value; Forecasting; NPV; Unit Economics; Cash Flow; Sensitivity Analysis; Scenario Analysis; Break-Even Analysis; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets; Ability to independently develop financial models and business analysis; Strong attention to detail; Strong written and verbal communication; Ability to communicate complex analytical findings in a simple and understandable way; Willingness to professionally challenge assumptions when supported by evidence; Relevant academic backgrounds include:; Familiarity with:; GPA of 3.50/4.00 or above; Participation in business case competitions; Internship experience in consulting, finance, audit, risk, investment, startups, or analytical functions; Financial modeling experience; Knowledge of operations research or optimization; Experience working with large datasets.
