This role is focused on optimizing organizational efficiency and ensuring operational excellence. The position serves as a critical bridge between business users and IT/Backend teams, ensuring that technical solutions align with business requirements. The professional will be responsible for mapping current processes, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending future-state improvements to enhance overall productivity. Key responsibilities include developing, revising, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies, including the creation of process flowcharts. The role involves analyzing data using SQL or Excel to support improvement recommendations, monitoring the implementation of SOPs, and measuring the impact of these changes. Additionally, the incumbent will advise management on process efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance, while following up on internal and external audit findings.
Tanggung jawab: Develop, revise, and maintain SOPs and policies, including process flowcharts, and socialize them to users; Map as-is processes, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and recommend to-be processes; Act as the bridge between business users and IT/Backend teams: gather requirements, write requirement documents (BRD/PRD/user stories), and support implementation and UAT; Analyze data (SQL/Excel) to support improvement recommendations; Advise management on process efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance; Follow up on internal and external audit findings related to SOPs and processes; Monitor SOP implementation and measure the impact of improvements.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Management, Computer Science, or a related field; 2–4 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst, Business Analyst, System & Procedure Officer, or in a Process Improvement role; Hands-on experience writing SOPs and creating process flows (Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart, or similar); Able to write requirement documents (BRD/PRD/user stories); Basic to intermediate SQL for querying and data analysis; Analytical, structured, and a clear communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels; Good written and spoken English is a must; Basic programming or automation skills (Python, low-code, or similar) to build simple prototypes or automations; Experience with ISO standards (9001/27001, etc.), audits, or risk control; Experience with Jira/Confluence or other project management tools; Experience in retail or e-commerce; Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other improvement methodologies.
