Posisi Business Development ini berfokus pada identifikasi dan pengembangan peluang bisnis baru untuk meningkatkan tingkat hunian (occupancy), pendapatan, dan pertumbuhan bisnis villa secara keseluruhan. Anda akan membangun serta memelihara hubungan strategis dengan pemilik properti, agen villa, travel agent, operator tur, dan klien korporat. Selain itu, Anda bertanggung jawab untuk menyusun strategi penjualan, melakukan riset pasar, menegosiasikan kontrak, serta mengelola pipeline bisnis mulai dari prospek hingga penutupan kesepakatan. Peran ini juga melibatkan koordinasi lintas departemen untuk memastikan implementasi kemitraan berjalan lancar serta mewakili perusahaan dalam berbagai acara industri.
Tanggung jawab: Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase villa occupancy, revenue, and overall business growth.; Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, villa agents, travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and other business partners.; Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to achieve company revenue targets.; Actively seek potential clients, partners, and distribution channels for villa rentals and property management services.; Conduct market research to identify market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and new business opportunities.; Prepare and present business proposals, partnership offers, and commercial agreements.; Negotiate rates, commissions, contract terms, and partnership arrangements with clients and business partners.; Manage the business development pipeline, including prospecting, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing deals.; Maintain regular communication with existing partners and identify opportunities for repeat business and long-term collaboration.; Coordinate with Villa Management, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth implementation of new business partnerships.; Prepare regular reports regarding leads, partnerships, sales activities, and revenue opportunities.; Attend networking events, property exhibitions, tourism events, and industry meetings to expand the company’s business network.; Develop creative packages, promotions, and collaboration opportunities to increase villa bookings and revenue..
