Kualifikasi: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university; Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, Investment Analysis, Corporate Strategy, Partnerships, or a similar role. Experience in an investment company, private equity, venture capital, holding company is preferred; Investment Analysis and Feasibility Studies; Financial Modeling and Financial Analysis; Corporate Finance; Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A); Joint Ventures and Strategic Partnerships; Project Management; Business Proposal and Business Case Development; Proven ability to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new investment and business opportunities; Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with investors, strategic partners, government agencies, and other key stakeholders; Basic understanding of legal and contractual documents, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Memoranda of Understanding (MoU), Cooperation Agreements, and investment-related contracts; Experience in preparing business reports, business plans, executive summaries, investment proposals, and management presentations; Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset; Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously; Willingness to travel for business as required; Strong knowledge of:; Experience in developing and managing investment projects in infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, or other strategic sectors; Established network with investors, financial institutions, government agencies, and strategic business partners; Comprehensive understanding of the investment lifecycle, including opportunity sourcing, evaluation, due diligence, negotiation, execution, and post-investment monitoring; Proficiency in both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively in international business environments.
