Business Development (Specialist)

About the role PT Sunindo KB Finance is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic sales team in Central Jakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in driving new business growth and expanding our market presence. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the achievement of company revenue targets. Key responsibilities Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the finance sector that align with company objectives Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and customer segments

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners and stakeholders Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business development strategies Prepare compelling proposals, presentations and pitches to secure new business contracts

Negotiate terms and agreements with potential clients to maximise business value Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations and management to ensure successful implementation of new business initiatives Track and report on business development metrics, pipeline progress and sales forecasts

Attend industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to generate leads and strengthen market presence What we're looking for Proven track record of success in business development, sales or a related role, ideally within the financial services industry
