Job Description : 1. Drive revenue growth through planned and sustainable business development, as well as ensuring the continuity and optimization of the utilization of all stores 2. Analyze market potential and business development plans
3. Analyze the business performance of existing stores to ensure business sustainability 4. Plan expansion and store optimization 5. Coordinate with various parties to realize expansion plans and store optimization
6. Ensure effectiveness of lease management through strategic negotiations and cost optimization 7. Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with landlords to ensure business sustainability
Kualifikasi
- 1. Bachelor's degree from any major
- 2. Minimum 5 years of professional experience as Business Development Senior Manager from retail or restaurant industry
- 3. Strong knowledge of market analysis, site evaluation, and commercial property negotiations.
- 4. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal
- 5. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities
- 6. Strong network with mall management, property developers, and the commercial property industry.
