Business Development Officer

Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development or a related field.

Strong knowledge of the property industry, including property development and construction processes. Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Solid understanding of landed housing, condominium, commercial, mall, and township development, including business planning, feasibility studies, market analysis, and financial projections.

Excellent negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills. Job Responsibilities: Prepare analytical reports, feasibility studies, and business plans to support future property development projects.

Provide strategic recommendations to management and key stakeholders based on business plans and project feasibility analyses. Develop business and sales projections aligned with market trends, customer behavior, and business objectives. Conduct market research by gathering and analyzing data on industry trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Perform product benchmarking to ensure competitiveness in terms of quality, design, pricing, and market positioning. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, business partners, and commercial tenants to support business growth and project success. Manage the end-to-end product development process, including project planning, timeline management, cross-functional coordination, and successful product launches.
