We are currently seeking a highly motivated Business Development Officer who possesses strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mindset to support the company's business expansion and partnership development efforts.
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Officer with strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to establish and develop long-term business relationships. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, managing relationships with clients and partners, and supporting the company's sustainable growth. • Identify and pursue potential new business opportunities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, strategic partners, investors, and other stakeholders. • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring. • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership offers. • Lead negotiations and follow up on business opportunities until agreements are successfully secured. • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure company targets are achieved. • Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams to support the implementation of partnerships and business initiatives. • Prepare periodic reports on business development activities and project progress. • Represent the company at business meetings, networking events, and industry-related activities.

Kualifikasi
