Perusahaan sedang berkembang dan bertujuan untuk memperluas layanan ke institusi keuangan lainnya. Posisi Business Development ini bertugas mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis baru dan mendukung pengembangan produk. Anda akan bekerja sama dengan klien, mitra, dan tim internal untuk memahami kebutuhan pasar, mengembangkan ide baru, serta meningkatkan produk yang ada. Tanggung jawab: Identify and explore new business and product opportunities through market research, industry trends, customer insights, and competitor analysis.; Engage with Mandarin-speaking partners, and stakeholders to understand market needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for new or improved products and solutions.; Support product development initiatives by translating market and customer insights into product concepts, features, business models, and improvement opportunities.; Work closely with internal teams such as Operations, Marketing, and other relevant functions to support product development, testing, and implementation.; Build and maintain relationships with Chinese-speaking partners and stakeholders, while monitoring product performance, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities for further improvement and market expansion..
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's (S1) degree in any major.; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Customer Service, or related fields are preferred.; Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written; minimum HSK 5 for Mandarin.; Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.; Understanding of Chinese culture and business etiquette, with strong cross-cultural communication skills..
