We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our IT Outsourcing business. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through strategic account acquisition and management. If you have experience selling outsourcing services, manpower solutions, or IT services and enjoy building long-term partnerships with clients, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for IT Outsourcing services. Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client workforce requirements and propose suitable outsourcing solutions. Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial agreements. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
Collaborate with Recruitment, Operations, and HR teams to ensure successful service delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting reports. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related fields.
