Responsibilities: Oversee overall business activity of the Company Market and promote all products distributed by Company
Manage for full spectrum of the sales & marketing activities, including campaign, exhibition, strategic planning, forecast and outlook Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research, market visit, identify consumer requirements, competitor's strength and share Maintain customer database, identify and exploit new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers.
Manage customer accounts to ensure sales conformity, provide customers with information regarding stock, delivery, credit status and orders Maintain good relations with customers to ensure that the company remains as the preferred supplier. Achieve the monthly & yearly sales target
Create pricing strategy and promo whenever needed to generate sales with optimal profitability Establish and maintain effective communication suppliers and other business partners Lead the business team to achieve good performance, maintain good team work and synergy within the business unit and with other department
Perform regular assessment and schedule regular training for the team Monitor the sales performance and take remedial action where necessary to ensure that sales targets are met. Monitor all payments made to ensure that customers pay invoices in accordance with the agreed terms of sales, help collect payment from customers
