We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager with a strong track record in the electronics retail industry. This role is responsible for driving business growth, expanding market coverage, developing strategic partnerships, and strengthening the company’s presence across Semarang and the Central Java region.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and commercially driven professional with strong negotiation, sales, and relationship management skills. You will be tasked with identifying and converting new business opportunities into sustainable growth, managing retail channels, and interpreting sales data to develop effective business strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or a related commercial role
- Preferably within the electronics, home appliances, or consumer goods industry
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and successfully developing retail channels
- Strong understanding of retail channel development, including identifying potential stores, negotiating commercial terms, and establishing long-term partnerships
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong business acumen
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and other sales management tools
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Willing to travel frequently within Semarang and the Central Java region
