Business Development Inbound / Training Specialist Mandarin Speaker

Join PT Bigseller Technology Indonesia as a Business Development Inbound / Training Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) ! We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented professional to provide product training, support business growth, and deliver excellent customer experiences. If you are fluent in Mandarin and enjoy interacting with people, we'd love to have you on our team! Responsibilities Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers. Provide onboarding and guidance to new customers on using the company's products.

Handle inbound customer inquiries and identify business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Prepare training materials and product presentations. Support marketing events, webinars, and customer workshops when required. Collect customer feedback and provide recommendations for product improvement.

Qualifications Minimum D3/S1 in any major. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (experience in Training, Customer Service, Business Development, or Sales is a plus).

Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory. Able to communicate in English is an advantage. Confident in public speaking and delivering presentations.
