Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, Business, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar role. Able to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL/SQL for data analysis and query development. Solid understanding of digital product development and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into business insights and recommendations. Good understanding of product thinking and the ability to identify user needs and product opportunities. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, QA, and Business teams.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills. Experience with data visualization and BI tools such as Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio is a plus.
Tanggung Jawab
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and clear technical specifications for the development team
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle
- Analyze data using PostgreSQL/SQL to support data-driven decision-making
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis
- Identify product enhancement opportunities based on user needs, business objectives, and data insights
- Monitor product performance and evaluate feature success using relevant KPIs and metrics
- Prepare reports and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements
- Ensure implemented solutions provide value for both users and the business
