1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in HR solutions, financial services, or employee benefits. 2. Prior experience working with HR service providers, digital HR platforms, or professional communities is a strong advantage. 3. Well-connected with a wide network in HR and business communities.

4. Results-driven, proactive, and highly motivated. 5. Understanding of HR processes, employee benefits programs, and corporate financial services is a plus. 6. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client success.

Job Description : 1. Identify and establish strategic partnerships with companies and institutions in the HR services industry (e.g., HRIS, training, Insurance, payroll, employee wellness and benefit, etc.). 2. Build collaboration with professional and social communities relevant to VENTENY target audience (e.g., HR communities, startups, employee networks).

3. Develop and execute collaboration initiatives that bring mutual value to both VENTENY and its partners. 4. Conduct market research to identify potential business and community partners aligned with VENTENY's growth strategy. 5. Create partnership proposals, lead negotiations, and ensure smooth implementation of agreements.
