ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Create and manage the annual preventive/maintenance work plan. Plan and control the utility consumption budget and all maintenance budgets.Supervise the use of work equipment, spare parts, and other auxiliary materials. Ensure the consistent availability of clean water and drinking water for all employees. Lead, evaluate, and coordinate all related teams and vendors (Security, Housekeeping, Pest Control, Engineering, Contractors).Ensure all maintenance and repair work is completed correctly, safely, and in a timely manner.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management or project infrastructure, with strong specifications in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E).; Must hold a valid Occupational Safety & Health (K3) certificate.; Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a significant advantage.; Strong leadership, analytical, and vendor management skills..
