As a Tukang Proyek (Project Supervisor/Foreman), you will lead and manage on-site construction activities for various development projects. This role is pivotal in maintaining the quality standards and productivity of our construction operations across multiple sites in the region, ensuring that all construction works are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications and timelines.
Tanggung jawab: Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site, including managing workers and subcontractors; Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and project specifications at all times; Monitor construction progress and quality of work to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget; Conduct regular site inspections and maintain detailed records of work completed and materials.
Kualifikasi: Experienced in construction projects.
