Perusahaan mencari supervisor fasilitas yang detail untuk mendukung eksekusi program manajemen fasilitas di operasional mal. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi pemantauan operasional gedung, menjaga catatan kepatuhan, mendukung inisiatif keselamatan lingkungan dan kebakaran, serta memastikan keunggulan operasional di properti yang ditugaskan.
Tanggung jawab: Monitor and gather operational information related to fire safety programs, environmental compliance, and cleanliness standards; Prepare and maintain periodic reports related to fire prevention, environmental monitoring, and hygiene management; Support administration and documentation of operational activities (fire drills, tenant inspections, etc.); Ensure facility-related records are maintained for audit purposes; Track and analyze utility consumption data (electricity, water, gas); Conduct routine monitoring and site inspections; Provide administrative and operational support for facility management projects.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant engineering disciplines.
