Key Responsibilities Review and consolidate annual departmental budgets , ensuring proper mapping of budget activities Monitor budget utilization vs. actual expenses and analyze significant variances (PICA analysis) Ensure the use of updated standard cost items in line with approved budgets Review Purchase Requests (PR) to ensure alignment with the approved budget Maintain proper budget category mapping and budget ownership responsibilities Support the preparation of budget approval matrix and budget control process Prepare budget reports and documentation , including Official Minutes (BA) for monthly budget abnormalities Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in Budget Mandatory to have experience in Shipping / Maritime / Logistic industry. Experience in preparing or handling annual budgets Experience in shipping or related operational industries is an advantage Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
