Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a relevant discipline
• Minimum 1 year of relevant teaching experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and contemporary pedagogical practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills
• Demonstrated initiative, a collaborative mindset, and openness to new ideas
• Strong commitment to student safeguarding, well-being, and holistic development
• Passion for inspiring lifelong learning and nurturing students’ potential
• Ability to effectively deliver instruction and communicate in a bilingual learning environment
• Ability to adapt to and support Catholic-based character development and values in education

Tanggung Jawab

• Prepare, compile, monitor, and report students’ academic achievement and character development in student portfolios
• Submit student academic and character reports to the Principal through the designated Vice Principal
• Observe and monitor students’ attitudes, behavior, learning progress, and overall development
• Provide guidance and support to students who experience academic, behavioral, socialemotional, or other developmental challenges
• Support students with special needs and/or those requiring additional assistance and supervision
• Establish effective communication and collaboration with parents, subject teachers, and School Counselors/BK regarding students’ academic and non-academic development
• Collaborate with relevant school personnel to identify student needs and provide appropriate support
• Maintain effective communication and documentation regarding student progress and development
• Serve as a “Protective Angel” for students by providing care, guidance, mentoring, and appropriate support
• Promote a safe, inclusive, nurturing, and supportive learning environment
• Support the implementation of student safeguarding and well-being practices
• Help nurture students’ character, confidence, independence, and holistic development
• Facilitate and support the educational transition from Kindergarten to Elementary School
• Help students develop the academic, social, emotional, behavioral, and learning readiness skills required for the next stage of education
• Work collaboratively with Kindergarten and Elementary School teachers to ensure continuity of learning and student development
• Support students in adapting to new learning environments, routines, expectations, and responsibilities
