• Support execution of brand marketing strategies, including campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activations
• Coordinate with merchandising, supply chain, retail, e-commerce, social media, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand execution
• Track and analyze sales, margin performance, consumer behavior, and campaign results to identify growth opportunities
• Monitor inventory levels, sell-through, and promotional effectiveness to align with sales targets and marketing timelines
• Prepare presentations, brand decks, and regular reports on sales, margin, campaign performance, and brand initiatives
• Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the fashion or lifestyle retail industry, preferably supporting brand campaigns or launches
• Strong understanding of brand building, campaign execution, and retail marketing across multiple online and offline channels
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, margin, campaign performance, and inventory data
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills for business correspondence and daily conversations
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects while collaborating across multiple teams and business functions
• Active involvement in sports or community activities is a plus
