Brand Executive (12 month contract)

About the role We are seeking a Brand Executive to join Siloam Hospitals Group (Tbk) on a 12-month contract basis. This is a pivotal role within our Marketing & Communications department, focused on brand management and strategic positioning. Based in Karawaci, Banten, this contract position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand identity and market presence within the healthcare sector. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to strengthen our brand equity and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with Siloam Hospitals Group's overall business objectives Manage brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand application across all marketing materials, communications and customer touchpoints

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify brand positioning opportunities and market trends Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, communications, and operations to ensure cohesive brand messaging Monitor brand health and performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management

Oversee the development of brand campaigns and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors involved in brand-related projects Support the launch of new services or initiatives with comprehensive brand communication plans

Participate in brand awareness and reputation management activities within the healthcare industry What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
