Brand & Content Marketing Associate

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven marketing professional to join our Indonesia team and grow together with a global beauty brand.

Key Responsibilities 1. Influencer Marketing & Campaign Management Identify and collaborate with influencers aligned with the brand's target audience Manage communication and partnerships with influencers and KOLs

Plan and oversee content production for campaigns Develop marketing campaign proposals and execution plans Manage project timelines from planning, shooting, editing, to final publication

Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights 2. Content Strategy & Social Media Management Plan and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms

Develop monthly content calendars and marketing strategies Prepare creative briefs for content production and campaigns Coordinate content creation with Korean artists and internal teams
