Brand Communication Manager

Develop and execute integrated brand communication strategies to strengthen brand positioning and support business objectives. Lead the planning and execution of brand communication initiatives across multiple channels to ensure consistent messaging and audience engagement. Manage brand presence and communication effectiveness across digital environments, ensuring a seamless and impactful customer experience.

Drive integrated communication campaigns to enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, and overall campaign performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand communication initiatives with business priorities and organizational objectives. Monitor communication performance, consumer insights, and market trends to continuously optimize brand effectiveness.

Manage external agencies, partners, and communication projects to ensure high-quality execution within budget and timeline. Oversee communication budgets, campaign governance, and performance measurement to maximize brand impact and return on investment. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Communications, or Integrated Marketing. Strong knowledge of brand management, campaign planning, and integrated marketing communications. Proven experience managing social media strategies, digital campaigns, and brand activation initiatives.

Experience overseeing events, customer engagement programs, and cross-channel marketing campaigns. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and consumer insights. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
