PT Tempo (Tempo Scan Group) yang telah berdiri selama lebih dari 70 tahun membuka kesempatan bagi profesional handal untuk menempati posisi Branch Accounting Supervisor. Peran ini bertanggung jawab dalam melakukan analisis keuangan strategis, mengawasi akun pelanggan, mengevaluasi persediaan stok, serta memastikan seluruh proses pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan cabang berjalan akurat dan sesuai standar perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Carefully monitored customer account relationships through strategic financial analysis; Evaluate stock inventory (dead stock, slow moving stock) and provide feedback to the relevant directorates for effectiveness; Worked to reconcile financial discrepancies by analyzing account information; Outlined Accounts Receivable invoices and reviewed payments received; Posted accounts receivable payments made by cash, cheque or credit card payments; Making mountly operational cost planning.
Kualifikasi: Minimum S1 graduate majoring in Accounting from a reputable university; Experience in finance and accounting area for at least 5 years as Finance & Accounting Supervisor, preferably in Pharmaceutical / FMCG distributor companies; Have good communication and numerical skills; Able to operate Ms Office at the minimum and preferable know SAP; Have good analytical and problem-solving skills; Hardworking and able to work with tight deadlines; Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.
