• 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or a similar role
• Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax requirements and willing to stay updated
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Fluent in English

Tanggung Jawab

• We are looking for a Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records, process payroll, and prepare data for our accountant. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, and comfortable managing day to day financial documentation for a growing bran
• Maintain accurate and up to date financial records, ensuring all transactions are entered correctly
• Enter and organize receipts, invoices, and supporting documents
• Manage accounts payable and receivable and track daily expenses
• Assist monthly salary data for review
• Reconcile bank statements against recorded transactions
• Prepare and organize tax related documents for our accountant's review and submission
• Support the accountant by compiling data needed for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
• Keep accounting software (Xero) updated and well organized
• Flag discrepancies or issues in financial records promptly
