PT Secom Indonesia is a company dedicated to security systems and safety solutions. As a Beat Engineer, you will serve as a frontline professional responsible for the optimal performance of security systems and providing rapid, on-site technical support to clients in Jakarta.
This role involves acting as a first responder to technical incidents and alarm system alerts. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing troubleshooting, conducting scheduled patrols, and ensuring that security systems meet the company's high standards of quality and procedure.
Kualifikasi
- Min. D3 or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Valid SIM A driver's license
- Proven record of safe driving skills
- Strong geographical knowledge of the Jakarta/Surabaya area
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
Tanggung Jawab
- Responding immediately to alarm system alerts from the Control Center
- Diagnosing technical issues and performing on-the-spot troubleshooting
- Conducting scheduled patrols to inspect and maintain security systems
- Maintaining clear communication with the Control Center
- Commissioning and setting up new alarm systems
- Acting as a first responder for security-related cases
- Performing pre- and post-duty checks on assigned vehicle and inventory
- Completing administrative reports
- Assisting in monitoring on-site security personnel performance
