Key responsibilities Perform charge/discharge cycling, capacity, internal resistance (IR), and open-circuit voltage (OCV) tests on cells, modules, and packs Conduct performance and safety testing (cycle life, thermal, environmental, and abuse tests) per established procedures Operate and monitor battery test equipment (e.g., battery cyclers, hipot testers, multimeters) Support root-cause investigations on failed or defective units alongside engineering Carry out routine calibration, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of test equipment Follow all safety protocols for handling lithium-ion batteries, including correct PPE and ESD precautions What we're looking for Diploma / Associate degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Chemistry, or a related technical field 2–5 years' testing experience, preferably in battery, electronics, or precision manufacturing Familiarity with battery test equipment (e.g., Arbin, Neware, Maccor) and measurement instruments Ability to read test procedures, schematics, and work instructions Comfortable recording and analyzing data (MS Excel / test software)
