Posisi Testing Technician bertanggung jawab dalam memastikan keandalan, kualitas, dan performa perangkat serta peralatan pengujian baterai di lini produksi. Teknisi ini berperan penting dalam memelihara standar operasional alat uji agar proses manufaktur berjalan lancar tanpa hambatan teknis. Tugas utama meliputi pelaksanaan pergantian jig atau testing fixture sesuai konfigurasi tipe baterai, pemantauan area Functional Testing (FT) di lini produksi untuk menangani kesalahan penilaian secara cepat, identifikasi serta penggantian komponen rusak pada jig, dan pemeliharaan kotak ESD. Selain itu, teknisi juga melakukan pengujian manual, inspeksi kabel grounding, serta analisis akar masalah ketika pencapaian First Pass Yield (FPY) berada di bawah target.
Tanggung jawab: Perform jig (testing fixture) change-overs according to each battery type's configuration, including setup of the BTE Tester software; Monitor the Functional Testing (FT) area on the production line and immediately address any miss-judge occurrences; Identify and replace damaged components on FT jigs (e.g., pogo pins) to maintain testing equipment reliability; Ensure the ESD Box at each line functions properly at all times; Conduct manual testing (using a multimeter or other measuring tools) on batteries flagged with a Miss Judge Parameter; Install and inspect grounding cables at workstations and grounding chains in accordance with safety standards; Analyze root causes when FT First Pass Yield (FPY) falls below the 99.5% target and propose corrective actions; Handle other unexpected technical issues that arise on the production.
