Collect customer requirements and ensure quick internal responses to meet client needs. Oversee customer orders, ensuring smooth follow-up and timely deliveries. Analyze market trends and conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities.

Committed to long-term growth in the electronic cigarette industry and familiar with the Southeast Asian market. Minimum 2 years of experience in overseas customer development and maintenance in a major e-cigarette company. Hold a valid overseas visa; having a driver's license and driving skills is a plus.

Bachelor's degree or higher, fluent in spoken English, with strong communication skills for interacting with international clients. Strong coordination skills, self-driven, and highly target- oriented. Research and develop tobacco-related products to meet market demands.

Design and evaluate tobacco formulas, assess aromas, and ensure product quality. Independently handle the blending and creation of tobacco formulations. Explore and test raw materials for aroma development and stability.
