Manage the end to end logistics process, ensuring the timely and compliant dispatch, receipt. and documentation of goods. Preparing, verifying, and distributing shipping documents (shipping instructions, invoices. packing lists, COO, BL). Booking cargo with shipping lines/agents, negotiating rates, and coordinating with warehouses for loading.

Ensuring compliance with import/export regulations, handling HS codes, and managing documentation for customs clearance. Monitoring shipment movements to ensure on-time delivery and updating internal stakeholders. Candidate must possess at least Diploma, any field

Minimum 2 Years of working experience in similar position Familiar and understand the customs clearance process. Familiar and understand system CEISA 4.0 especially for export/import (PPFTZ)

Understanding of Incoterms, customs regulations, and international logistics. Strong in English communication skills for dealing with overseas agents and local authorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and logistics software.
