Perusahaan mengoperasikan berbagai konsep makanan dan minuman, termasuk bakery, kafe, dan gerai grab-and-go, dengan komitmen pada kualitas produk dan layanan pelanggan yang unggul. Sebagai Barista Staff, Anda bertanggung jawab untuk menyiapkan dan menyajikan kopi serta minuman lainnya sesuai dengan resep dan standar kualitas perusahaan. Peran ini melibatkan pengoperasian mesin kopi, menjaga kebersihan area kerja, serta memberikan layanan yang ramah dan efisien kepada pelanggan dalam lingkungan kerja yang cepat.
Tanggung jawab: Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other menu items according to established recipes and quality standards; Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment properly; Maintain consistent taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages; Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to customers.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista, preferably in café, restaurant, bakery, or hospitality industry; Good knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso-based beverages, and basic brewing techniques; Familiar with operating and maintaining coffee machines, grinders, and other bar equipment; Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards; Good communication and customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude; Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team; Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays; Good grooming and professional.
