Kualifikasi

• Previous experience in F&B, preferably as a Assistant Bar Manager
• Knowledge of coffee, beverages, smoothies, and health drinks is an advantage
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
• Good understanding of customer service and hospitality standards
• Experience handling stock inventory and ordering processes
• Good in English (spoken and written)
• Professional and positive attitude
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Familiar with espresso machines and beverages equipment maintenance
• Able to stand for long working hours

Tanggung Jawab

• Assist The Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar operations
• Supervise bar staff and ensure smooth service during operational hours
• Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards and recipes
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and ordering supplies
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and organization of the bar area at all times
• Train and support bar staff on beverages preparation and customer service standards
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
• Ensure all drinks are served consistently with quality standards
• Support the development of new beverages menus and promotions
• Assist in controlling costs, minimizing waste, and maintaining proper portioning
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
• Help create staff schedules and manage team performance when required
