JUNGLE PADEL UNGASAN is seeking a talented and passionate Barista to join our dynamic team in South Kuta, Bali. As a key member of our hospitality operation, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee beverages and creating memorable experiences for our guests. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining the highest standards of beverage preparation and presentation. Your daily duties will involve preparing a variety of coffee-based drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and specialty coffees with precision. You will also be responsible for operating and maintaining coffee equipment, managing inventory, and ensuring the cleanliness of the coffee station to meet health and safety regulations.
Tanggung jawab: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages, including espresso drinks, cappuccinos, lattes, and speciality coffees with precision and consistency; Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and health and safety standards; Ensure all beverages meet quality standards and are presented professionally and appealingly to guests; Provide friendly and attentive customer service, engaging with guests and making personalised drink recommendations; Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment and surrounding work areas at all times; Take customer orders accurately and process payments efficiently using the point-of-sale system; Stock and inventory coffee supplies, milk, syrups, pastries and other beverage ingredients; Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery during peak hours; Adhere to all food safety, health and hygiene regulations and company policies.
