Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards. Manage inventory, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with management to achieve sales and operational targets.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barber Strong expertise in modern men's haircuts, beard grooming, and styling techniques. Customer-oriented with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Passionate about men's grooming and keeping up with the latest industry trends. Disciplined, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays based on operational schedules.
