As a Bar Person, you will be at the heart of the bar operations within our dynamic hospitality team in Kuta. This hands-on role requires high energy and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, managing customer orders, and ensuring the bar environment remains clean, organized, and well-stocked while maintaining professional grooming standards.
Tanggung jawab: Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and accuracy; Taking customer orders and processing payments via POS system; Maintaining bar cleanliness, organization, and stock levels; Mixing cocktails according to recipes and customer preferences; Engaging with guests professionally; Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages; Checking customer identification for legal drinking age.
