Baby & Toddler Lead Teacher

About the role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Baby & Toddler Lead Teacher to join our passionate team at Nat's Early Childhood upcoming branch in North Jakarta . As a full-time role, you will be responsible for leading the care and education of our youngest learners, from Babies to toddlers. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the early development and nurturing the curiosity of our students. What you'll be doing Developing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that promote physical, cognitive, social and emotional growth

Ensuring a safe, stimulating and caring environment that meets all regulatory and safety requirements Observing and documenting each child's progress, and providing regular feedback to parents Collaborating with the wider teaching team to share best practices and continuously improve our programmes

Developing teaching resources and materials to be used in class Maintaining clear and regular communication with parents to build strong partnerships What we're looking
