This is a high‑impact, front‑facing role for someone who loves building relationships and driving measurable results. As B2B Buyers & Visitors Manager, you will be the engine behind our professional visitor base—attracting key decision‑makers, curating hosted buyer programs, and ensuring that every buyer and business visitor has a productive, premium experience at our shows. You’ll work at the intersection of business development, marketing, and event operations, with clear targets, ownership, and the freedom to shape and grow our buyers' ecosystem.
Experience & Background Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 5–7 years’ experience in B2B exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, or similar B2B environments.
Demonstrated success in buyer/visitor acquisition and business development, with clear, measurable results. Skills & Competencies Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills; confident dealing with senior executives.
Strong outreach skills (phone, email, meetings, events) and a natural relationship‑builder. Highly organized, able to manage multiple shows, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously. Comfortable working with data, CRM systems, and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Resilient, hands‑on, and energized by fast‑paced timelines and live event environments. Strong customer‑service mindset and professional, polished presence.
