Organisasi COO bertanggung jawab penuh dalam memastikan tata kelola kinerja bisnis berjalan secara menyeluruh dari hulu ke hilir. Perusahaan berfokus pada pengendalian performa pendapatan, manajemen mitigasi penurunan pendapatan, perencanaan target, peramalan, serta tata kelola eksekusi yang transparan dan akuntabel di bawah arahan langsung direktorat COO. Peran AVP - COO Performance & Planning bertindak sebagai menara pengontrol kinerja terpusat (central performance control tower) yang menghubungkan target bisnis dengan pencapaian aktual di lapangan. Anda bertanggung jawab untuk mengonsolidasikan target pendapatan, memantau KPI bisnis, mengidentifikasi celah kinerja, serta memastikan setiap keputusan manajemen diterjemahkan menjadi tindakan eksekusi yang terukur. Posisi ini bekerja sangat dekat dengan fungsi Perencanaan Bisnis, S&D, Circles, dan Keuangan guna mendorong keselarasan lintas fungsi dan penyelesaian masalah operasional secara proaktif.
Tanggung jawab: Consolidate revenue targets, actual performance, forecasts, gaps, and recovery plans across the COO organization; Drive alignment and follow-up with all Business Users under COO directorate, Business Planning, and other relevant functions; Support target setting and cascade across the COO organization and align it with Business Planning; Monitor key COO business KPIs against targets and forecasts; Maintain centralized tracking of key management action points and commitments; Ensure clear ownership, deliverables, timelines, and expected outcomes; Proactively follow up on overdue or at-risk actions and escalate critical blockers; Coordinate with S&D, Circles, Business Planning, Finance, and other relevant functions related to revenue reduction management; Drive alignment and resolution of cross-functional performance issues.
Kualifikasi: 5 years of experience minimum in business/commercial planning, performance management, strategy, sales operations, or related areas; Strong commercial and analytical acumen, particularly in revenue planning and performance; Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; Comfortable challenging assumptions and driving accountability across functions; Strong Excel, PowerPoint, analytical, and executive communication skills.
