Posisi Audit Associate (Mandarin Speaker) bertanggung jawab penuh dalam pelaksanaan audit operasional dan kepatuhan di seluruh aktivitas logistik, meliputi manajemen gudang, operasi armada, rute pengiriman, hingga pengendalian inventaris. Peran ini menuntut independensi, objektivitas, serta kerahasiaan data yang tinggi untuk memastikan setiap prosedur berjalan sesuai standar. Tugas harian mencakup peninjauan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP), pengumpulan dan analisis data audit, identifikasi risiko serta kelemahan kontrol internal, dan penyusunan laporan audit yang konstruktif bagi kepala departemen. Anda juga akan memantau rencana tindak lanjut audit, mendukung investigasi penipuan sederhana, serta berkoordinasi erat dengan tim operasional, keuangan, dan manajemen secara lintas fungsi.
Tanggung jawab: Conduct operational and compliance audits across logistics activities, including warehouse management, fleet operations, delivery routing, routing, and inventory control; Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure their proper, consistent implementation aligns with company policies and industry best practices; Collect, analyze, and document audit data and evidence in a structured and systematic manner to accurately support audit findings; Identify potential risks, internal control weaknesses, and procedural non-compliance across operational workflows; Prepare clear and constructive audit reports, delivering actionable and practical improvement recommendations to department heads; Monitor and follow up on agreed audit action plans to ensure effective and timely implementation by the respective teams; Support simple investigative audits when indications of fraud, operational inefficiency, or SOP violations arise; Coordinate closely with operational, finance, and management teams throughout the entire audit process to ensure smooth execution and cross-functional alignment; Maintain strict data confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of independence, integrity, and objectivity in all audit activities; Job Requirements.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field; Minimum 1–3 years of experience in internal or external audit; Experience in the logistics, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain industry is highly preferred; Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking management; Solid understanding of internal control, risk assessment, and audit methodologies; Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions for data analysis and reporting; Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and translate findings into clear audit conclusions and recommendations; Good report-writing and documentation skills; Willing to travel for business trips to warehouses, hubs, branch offices, and other operational locations; Willing to work overtime when necessary, particularly to meet critical audit deadlines; Strong attention to detail, integrity, objectivity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
