Assistant Technical Service Manager

THE ROLE Provide a highly competent level of technical services to buyers/customers, ensure business development, new sales opportunities and premiumization through various technical services activities such as seminars, trials, recommendation & thread cost comparison analysis etc. The position will be responsible for creating positive images of products, demonstrating value adding advantages of product to the customers and delivering high-quality technical services to customers leading to increased product efficiency and reduced wastage.

MAIN DUTIES: 1. Achieve company's sales plan & deliver profitable sales growth through Technical Service · Retain the existing business in maintenance brands & vendors through technical initiatives & co-ordination with GA & sales team

· Promote Company's products & services to gain new or incremental business in assigned strategic brands/vendors 2. Value generation through Technical Services · Plan & implement full range of Technical Services footprint in assigned strategic vendors to ensure business continuity.

· Improve our customers' productivity and offer cost effective solutions to our customers based on our technical expertise. 3. Account Management (Brand and Vendor) · Maintain close business relationship with various key contacts of assigned Brands/Vendors.

· Plan & implement various technical tools and activities by aligning Sales/GA team aiming to achieve account centric company target. 4. Strategic assignment/Project implementation · Assist Technical Service Manager to execute Internal (departmental/cross functional) or external Assignments/project to deliver maximum output.
