• Oversee daily store operations including sales, service, inventory, and cleanliness
• Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and performance KPIs
• Monitor and analyze store performance, taking corrective action when necessary
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance appraisals
• Control store-level costs and optimize productivity and efficiency
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and handle customer feedback professionally
• Execute marketing programs and promotional activities in-store
• Ensure stock accuracy, inventory turnover, and proper product display
• Collaborate with Area Manager and support departments for store needs and initiatives
• Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the F&B or retail industry
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage store-level operations effectively
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure, multitask, and solve problems independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, or in shifts based on business needs
