ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER – HORECA JOB DESCRIPTION • Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Ensuring to achieve sales KPI • Find new sales lead and potential sales channel • Attending and organizing events and to ensure its productive
• Market and competitor analysis • Daily operation and ensure achievement of all productivity and sales target • Ensure that the area is clean and well-maintained at all times
• Build and maintain good working relationship with customers • Manage all communication with existing customers to maintain long-term relationship through various modes such as telephone and email • Administer product line development starting from the strategic planning and monitor all sales activities to boost productivity and sales
• Identify opportunities and strategies to increase sales • Regularly attend the sales meetings and training sessions • Coordinate with the other departments to facilitate everyday operation in collaborative environment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing, Communications or related field
- Proven experience in sales and customer service
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Effective communications skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and extra miles
