Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Hospitality Industry.
• Experienced in drafting, reviewing, and managing proposals, contracts, and sales agreements.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about the hospitality industry.
• Responbilities:
• Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event organizers, and business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to support business growth.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and partnership agreements.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and presentations to generate new business.
• Coordinate closely with Operations, Marketing, Reservations, and Revenue teams to ensure seamless guest and client experiences.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide market insights to support decision-making.
• Represent BaliSuperHost at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.
• Support the Sales Manager in managing key accounts and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Ensure high standards of professionalism and hospitality in all client interactions.
• Assist in achieving departmental sales goals and overall business objectives.
