Deskripsi pekerjaan
Assistant PPIC Manager bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengelola perencanaan produksi, penjadwalan, serta pengendalian inventaris guna memastikan pencapaian target operasional perusahaan manufaktur secara optimal. Posisi ini berlokasi di Ciracas, Jakarta Timur. Tugas utama mencakup pemantauan ketersediaan material, kemajuan produksi, serta tingkat persediaan barang. Anda juga akan berkoordinasi dengan departemen Produksi, Gudang, dan Purchasing, mengidentifikasi kendala perencanaan guna mendorong perbaikan proses, serta memimpin dan mengembangkan tim PPIC agar bekerja secara efektif dan tepat waktu.
Tanggung jawab: Manage production planning, scheduling, and inventory control to support production targets; Monitor material availability, production progress, and inventory levels; Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and related departments to ensure smooth operations; Identify planning issues and drive process improvements; Lead and develop the PPIC team; Job requirements.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields; Minimum 5 years of experience in PPIC , preferably in a manufacturing environment; Strong knowledge of production planning, material planning, inventory control, and MRP; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems; Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills; Detail-oriented and able to work with targets and tight deadlines; Willing to work at Ciracas, Jakarta Timur.
